Step By Step - Country, State, City

I'm new here in this forum...

I need help on how to do step by step on how to create a country, state & city list...from a fresh install of Fabrik sample data. I try follow the tutorial and wiki but still fail to understand.

Hi, im searching same plugin , ones friends send me plugin dropdwon "birthday" for "date" "month" "year"but not find one dropdown for cities...
How solve you situtation ?
