Strange Behavior - field in Article template via email - or I'm missing something ? [ SOLVED]

HI,
I'm using a form, to send collected info via email.
I'm abel to use placeholders ( name / firstname ) in email title but I have a strange behavior in the article I'm using as template for the content of the email : some fields are displayed, some others not ...
SO
1 - Screenshot which shows the code used
2 - screenshot which shows the names I'm using
3 - Screenshot with value replaced for email place-holder, but not for the other ones.

I checked white spaces, any misspelling mistake ( I think ? ) ... so I don't understand why it is working for 1 field and not the others

Did you switch the editor to HTML-source-code view to inspect the placeholders (to make sure there's no formatting, HTML tags... inside {})?
