Update the List-Data in backend

Hey there, i have a problem with the "View Data" option at the backend under "List"

1. If I delete a entry there, the data delete but the entry is still there. (see Screenshot)
2. If I then create a new element the deleted entry are away.
3. If I then delete the new Element the old deleted entry will shown up.

I hope you can unterstand me, this is only in the Back-end, at the Front-end it works.


Explain to the screenshots:
the 2 enty from the top are deleted
the message showen when I open the 1. or 2. entry

If the data is handled correctly in the database (deleted/created when it supposed to), I'd guess it is some kind of weird cache issue.
Do you have this on every list or just one?

At the moment I only have one list.
But I checked the tip with the cache, I disabled it (under edit list-> Advanced -> Disable Caching)
if its disable it works (only see the right elements)
if its enabled, the same like before.

Then I have a other problem, maybe you can help me, else I will open a new Thread.

Here the problem, I would like to create an element wich can be edit by the User-Group "GroupA".
All the other elements should only edit by "Special"

So if I set the List-Access to "edit records" to "GroupA" everythink can edit by GroupA, thats not what I want.

You can set access levels on a per element basis, too.

Can you show me where, her is a Screenshot, but there is no "Edit Access"

Ok thats right, but then noone else then this group can edit it.

Let me explain what I want, then its easyer for us all:

1. I have a Applicatoin-Form, like this: - delete-
2. If you fill it and send it (everyone can do this), an member of the "GroupA" should be able see the form and edit 3 new elements, which can only see by the GroupA:

3. So far so good, but my problem is that the member of "GroupA" can not only edit the 3 elements, they can also edit everythink on the form.

I hope you understand me now, if not ask me.
