Due to fluctuations in the space time continuum and eddies in the quantum foam underlying the real universe**, when you upgrade to 1.04 you may find that your forms no longer submit.
If so, just go to each of your Forms admin pages, and make sure the "process CURL script" is set to "Never" (unless of course you actually use a PHP submit script).
