i try to replace the link of the upload file ( that it's too long) by an image
like this example but i don't find the solution in the option

Have you tried the "Static Icon File" setting, under the Icons section of the "List View Settings" tab?

So, for instance, to use a PDF icon, you would put it in ./images/icons/pdf.png (or whatever), then set the Static Icon File to icons/pdf (no extension). The tooltip on this setting explains how it works.
