email plugin versus emailplus

I'm a little confused by the table plug-ins for adding email to a table (which is a very nice feature).

There seem to be two options - 'email' downladable from fabrikar.com and 'emailplus'.

The plugin/table folder has emailplus directory (I checked the SVN extract - it's there too), but the emailplus plugin does not show up in the table plugin tab. I downloaded the email plug-in, and I don't like the front-end user having to pick the email column.

I tried to install an emailplus package I found, but it failed to install because the emailplus folder elready exists, so I deleted it and installed emailplus.

emailplus (at least the version I found) doesn't work on the latest Fabrik.

So...

Is emailplus officially supported?
- If not, why is it in the fabrik plugin/table folder?
- if it is, what do I have to do to be able to see it in the plugin tab?

Assuming the email plug-in downloadable from Fabrikar.com is the official email plug-in, is there a plan to incorporate some of the emailplus functions?

Now I try to run even the standard email plugin on SVN 3727 I get an error:

Is the rest of Fabrik also running SVN 3727? If not the error surely comes from that.

all Fabrik at SVN 3727 and the plugin downloaded from the standard download site. Should I download an updated version of the plugin too?

I just upgraded my whole installation to 3731 and now I get the same error. Removing the email table plugin from the table settings makes the error go away.

Hi Rob - ok, thanks for this. I installed the SVN level because I needed the mutli-column update.

I've installed the new gold email plugin, but now I get a similar symptom to the multi-column update error. The button appears, but clicking does nothing.

Also, I'd appreciate you letting me know re emailplus. It seems to be a standard part of the fabrik build now, (in the plugin/table folder), but is not accessible (doesn't show up in the list of plugins, nor in the 'tables' plug-in tab). I assume that plugin has the gold update because it's part of the main SVN ? I guess it doesn't show up in the plug-ins because I FTP'd the SVN update to the server rather than running an install??

I added emailtableplus to the jos_fabrik_plugins table manually, and it shows up in the tab and I can configure it fine. I get the same result as 'email'. Button shows up, but clicking has no effect.

Looking in Firebug:

email gives me an "FbTablePlugin is not defined" error (Note: uppercase 'F')

emailplus a "oTable is not defined" error

I tried loading the nightly build 7/27 just to make sure I wasn't nuts. Same errors.

	Nightly Build We maintain a directory of nightly builds of Fabrik at http://fabrikar.com/nightlies. These are a snapshot of our current SVN sources bundled as an installable ZIP. This can be used as an alternative to using SVN directly. Please make sure you read the IMPORTANT README in the nightlies directory BEFORE doing anything. In particular, DO NOT uninstall Fabrik before installing these nightly ZIP's, as YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA.

ok...I installed the latest SVN 3739 since it seems you made a change to emailtableplus.

I then got identical errors in Firebug from emailtable and emailtableplus: "FbTablePlugin is not defined."

I changes the first F to lowercase and emailtable now works.

emailtableplus now give error: "MochaUI is not defined". Turns out I had to upgrade Joomla! to 1.5.20 to get mootools 1.2. Now I get the window popping up but when I go to send I get errors "parent.oTable is undefined"
