Using Schedule to send reminders

Hi,
Is it possible to sent reminders to users if certain column is empty in a table?

I have a table which will be partially updated by the author and the rest need to be updated by the user .

table name : fabrik_table_user
column : id,user_email,user_picture

The id and user_email column will be updated by the author and the user is suppose to upload his picture in the user_picture column.

I would like the system to sent scheduled reminder emails to all the users who have forgot to upload their pictures.

I hope this is possible ...Please help.

We have an email scheduled task, but at the moment it doesn't have any kind of conditions or filtering.

Can you submit a feature request for this? It's definitely something I'd like to get on the radar for implementing.
