Why does Fabrik offer subscription plans?

Fabrik is an open source project and as such the code will always be free for you to download, use alter and redistribute under the terms of the GPL 2 license.

However, simply providing the code is only part of the project, and the feedback we've been getting is that you feel you need more from us in terms of support, documentation, features etc. We've thought long and hard about the best way to achieve this and believe that a subscription model will give everyone a better Fabrik experience.
