Solved No subscription after payment

I created an account and payed for Fabrik - The Application Builder on the website. After payment I get the message something went wrong with the payment, please try again. The money has been withdrawn from the bank.

Anyone from Fabrik can help?

Hi Ruben,

Sorry about your issue. There is a very occasional communications bug from PayPal back to us to confirm the payment, so we don't create the subscription. I have created one for you manually and you should be able to download it now from the My Account->My Download Files. Also remember to install your download key into your Joomla update sites.

p.s. Seems I made the subscription via your private email address, do You need me to change it to your hotmail one?
