Problem with donating

Hi , This afternoon I did a donation and expected a download. I clicked on PAYPAL button and on the next window I got an option to chose Ideal. As I have no paypal account and I am from the Netherlands this could be logical.
As I did not recieve a download option I send a mail to team@fabrikar.com. And they replied they did not recieve my money.
Now as I just logged in in the forum I saw the same has happened before on Januray 25th.
My money is also gone to scurfish enterprises via paypal.
I expect this problem soon be solved and I can recieve my download.

Hi, Just got a message from paypal that payment could not be completed. so money will be payed back.

The issue has nothing to do with Fabrik PayPal plugin.

We are using a 3rd party component (including the PayPal handling) for the subscriptions.

So moving this thread to fabrikar.com: Website, Subscriptions, Forum.

Ususally there's no problem with PayPal.

I just found that the critical subscription (only 3 in total) all are coming from the Netherlands.

Maybe there is an issue with the geo location.

We have disabled the ability to use any payment method via the PayPal plugin other than your PayPal wallet or direct credit card. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. Please go ahead and submit your donation again.
