Fabrik element checkbox add another sub option and add a value.

Hello everyone.

i've been looking in forum and couldn't find something that could help me.
I'm using this checkbox that help me to add another product my for form.

Example ( PC <checkbox> Phone <checkbox> Tablet <chackbox> ) <- after tablet i have a "+" button that let me add another product, but when i print out the paper, the other product, for example "printer", isnt showing.

Any way to the other product get the value that is in the label

Example( Label: "Printer", value get "Printer". Label: "TV", value get "TV")

Yes i did, the fomr is set by email to my suport email, even in the email it doesnt show other product that i added
