Fixed 'All' filter issue with CDDs

Hi,

Seems like there’s an issue with the ‘All’ filter, and using ‘Clear Filter’ doesn’t seem to resolve it.

Confirmed.
It puts "WHERE your-cdd='0'" instead of removing the condition.
But not a F4.4.1 issue, it's already in 4.2 (and I assume, it was since 4.0)

Hi,

May I kindly request an update on the progress of this issue?

As a temporary solution, could you please provide the previous version before 4.0 and let me know where I can download it? My site is currently unusable without the dropdown filter.

Thank you very much for any assistance you can offer.

No, there is no version before 4.0 running on J!4 or J!5.

Workaround:
Change your CDD to a dbjoin with ajax update.

Hello,

I'm encountering the same issue as others: one of my elements to be filtered is a Cascading Dropdown (CDD).
I cannot change its type to a DatabaseJoin because it has a listener function for another dependent element, and it works perfectly on the form side.

However, in the list view, filtering using this CDD element breaks the results when the value is set to "All" (or empty). The list appears empty even though it shouldn't. This is very frustrating, especially since other filters work as expected.

Is a fix for this behavior planned? If so, when can we expect it?

I'm using Joomla 5.2.6 and the latest Fabrik 4.5.3

Thanks in advance,
Max
