Bitly v4

[phplicengine]

I am not familiar with this project, but as you are using phplicengine/bitly, isn't this part of the project outdated?

I could not post the link to that part of fabrik project, so I posted it in GitHub issues.

I've seen them, but please look at the link in my posted issue on GitHub. It seems one of the script of Fabrik project is still outdated with Bitly v3.

This is not Fabrik's GitHub but a user's fork.

I don't think fabrik/components/com_fabrik/libs/bitly/ is used at all.

So why not deleting that script completely to avoid misunderstanding?
