Fixed & changed to & in list link plugin

So, e.g.:
/form/123/?tablename___element1=123&tablename___element2=456

becomes to:
/form/123/?tablename___element1=123&tablename___element2=456

and therefore setting element value via url parameter doesn't always work.

Sorry I didn't explain this in more detail.

For example, I need to set the read-only (access set to No-one) databasejoin element values like:

/form/123/?tablename___element1=123&tablename___element2=456

In this example, when there is "&" as the querystring parts separator, tablename___element2 value is not set. With "&" it works as expected.

It seems like it should be fine but I think I will defer to @troester as she has significantly more experience in that kind of stuff and how it might affect other things than I do. She is kinda busy outside of Fabrik at the moment, but I am sure she will jump in as time permits.
