    Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

core date_time element not saving time of creation

i notice that the date_time element in all my tables is only saving the date, but the time use same time for all the records.

is this a bug or is normal_?

It's a bug.
It's saving the time if you set "Show time selector" to yes in the hidden date element.
