DBjoin front end add auto set field.

Hi

I have a form with a database join field. The dbjoin has 3 fields eg:

ID
Colour
Factory

I have front end add set so users can add to the table. However I want Factory to be set automatically based on a value that is already passed in to the form (and so I would have Factory as a hidden field).

I tried my own custom link but it submits the form and does not update on the first form.

Unfortunately there is no built in way to do that. The value would have to be passed on the query string for the Add link, and we don't have a feature to allow that.
