Error 500 with Array text

Hi,

What is an Array displayed in this Error 500 page? See attached image.

Reproduce steps.
1. Fresh install of Joomla 3.9.16 with no Sample Data.
2. Install Fabrik and update from Github.
3. Discover and publish all Fabrik plugin.
4. Publish the Fabrik List Module. Error 500 I assume because there still no list created as this is a fresh Joomla and Fabrik installation.

It doesn't make any sense to enable a list module without any list.

The error page shows clearly "500: no list specified".
If you had turned on Joomla's error reporting you could have seen see that "Array" is coming from the Protostar template
