If J! debug is enabled an error is logged incorrectly for forms that have eval populate php code. If some previous warning or error was logged within J1 anywhere prior to eval of the php code, this previous error gets posted to the page but it appears to be a result of the eval code when it is not.
This is easily fixed by clearing the current error prior to calling eval. I have submitted PR 2216 to correct the issue.
