Kitchen Sink Install Fails

Trying to install the Kitchen sink package and it fails with an error. Just trying to shortcut having to install all the plugins. Any thoughts?

Yeah - I suppose. I'm going to nuke it and start over anyway. I see no templates in the lists/forms - so something about the install is bad. Frustrating - I will have to re-create the data.

This is a Joomla3.9.16 issue (see Formum note) and also fixed in GitHub last week.

Question - when will we be able to install on 3.9.16 w/o doing GitHub. I just updated one of my sites from Github cause I needed to update to 3.9.16 and it makes the site 2x bigger cause of all the stuff in Github that I don't really need. Also - is there anyway to trim back from that state. Can I uninstall unwanted components after update?

It will be hopefully fixed in Joomla3.9.17, meanwhile you can also add only the relevant patch

BTW: The kitchensink does also contain "all the stuff you don't really need" (beside the libraries).
You can delelete the HUGE mpdf library if you don't use mPDF (in libraries\fabrik\vendor)

Thanks troester. I'll probably remove a lot of it. I needed the libraries and some stuff. I'm not using mpdf right now - but I've had issues with dompdf so I was thinking I might try it.
