link in the list view from element to it's detail view

hello!
1)I have a cascadung drop down element in the list? i need this element to be shown as link to it's detail view. If is it possible how to realize this. Appreciate any ideas.

2) I have field that must be as casading dropdown element sometimes and the simple field with name (it's depend on user choice but it must be saved in on field in datatable. Is it possible?

1. Edit element -> List View Settings -> Link to details
2. May be need to use 2 fields. Then one of them will be show based on user choice and another will be hide.
