List with filter name

Good morning all,
I have created a list with filters that work great. My question:
Is it possible to print a list with the name of the desired filter. Let me explain: I have filters "Monday morning, Monday afternoon" and when I ask for the Monday morning PDF, I would like the name of the filter to appear on the PDF list.
Is it possible.
