php list plugin issue

Hi, after upgrading Joomla to 3.9.16 I have started to get issues when running php list plugins. The issue is:

- I have a list with a php plugin and an icon on each row at the following url:
http://domain.com/dashboard/my-lists/my-oem-spec-approvals.html

- When I press the icon the php code of the plugin runs fine but it redirects to the following url:
http://domain.com/?/dashboard/my-lists/my-oem-spec-approvals.html

The issue is that somehow ? is added to the url and this is happening to all the lists that have a php plugin. I have updated Fabrik to the latest version from GitHub but the issue persists.

Any help will be much appreciated.

thanks troester, I shall wait for the bug fix.

I have found that it works when I press "Clear Filters" in my case.
