• Hello Fabrik Community

Fabrik is now in the hands of the development team that brought you Fabrik for Joomla 4. We have recently transitioned the Fabrik site over to a new server and are busy trying to clean it up. We have upgraded the site to Joomla 4 and are running the latest version of Fabrik 4. We have also upgraded the Xenforo forum software to the latest version. Many of the widgets you might have been used to on the forum are no longer operational, many abandoned by the developers. We hope to bring back some of the important ones as we have time.

    Exciting times to be sure.

The Fabrik 4.0 Official release is now available. In addition, the Fabrik codebase is now available in a public repository. See the notices about these in the announcements section

We wish to shout out a very big Thank You to all of you who have made donations. They have really helped. But we can always use more...wink..wink..

Also a big Thank You to those of you who have been assisting others in the forum. This takes a very big burden off of us as we work on bugs, the website and the future of Fabrik.

Some parts of your form have not been correctly filled

Hi at all,
I'm new in Fabrik and I need some help...;)...I've create a simple web app - all works like a charme.

Yesterday I have migrate a web app on another server (the production server) - for restore teh intallationa I've use akeeba backup.
Now, on restored installation, when try to insert information in one form, in an input with autocomplete option enable, I received "Some parts of your form have not been correctly filled"

Can someone show me the right way for manage this issue?

Note:
The old server work with php 5 and MySql 5
The new server work with php 7> Mysql 8

Many thanks

Have a nice day.
;)

@troester
I've create another machine with PHP 7.4 and Mysql 5.7.31 - same error in the same situation - when start loading for autocomplete input "Some parts of your form have not been correctly filled" appears in top of the page...do you have some other ideas?
Many thanks
Jo

"Some parts..." is the validation error message, ususally displayed on form submit.
What do you exactly mean with "loading for autocomplete"?
What are your form settings? e.g. ajax validate?
Which validations do you have?
Which form plugins? Custom code?
Disable one by one for testing etc.

@troester:
With "loading for autocomplete" I mean the little loading icon appear on input element when render as auto-complete options is enable for a databasejoin element.
Maybe I'm not so clear, but the very strange think is: the same installation on another server works correctly.
-No ajax validate
-No validation
-No javascript
-No custom code
What trigger the auto-complete behavior?

Which other information can I give you for show me the right way?
I think Fabrik it's a great tool, and probably the problem is on the server configuration - can you suggest which module and extension require fabrik needs to work correctly in PHP/Apache configuration?

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
