This morning, in my joomla dashboard, I noticed that there was a Full Calendar upgrade available. But there was some inconsistencies in the version number presented. The title of the upgrade said it was 4.5.2 but that was also the version number currently installed. I looked around on the fabrik forums and didn't see any info about a 4.5.3 version, but I decided to give it a go anyways. I pressed the update button in the joomla Extensions: Update panel. The new version said it installed without issue. However, now it it's several hours later, and I am once again being notified that I'm on version 4.5.2 and that 4.5.3 is available.
