UTC / Local Time zone

In date_time element, when I select Local time, it displays correct Local time. But, when I select UTC (recommended option), it shows UTC time. My both Server (WHM) and Joomla Config are correctly configured to my country (+5 TZ).

My question is : Why date_time element doesn't show correct time in UTC with Time Zone adjustment of +5.

Is this bug or am I missing something. Is there any option to tell Fabrik about Time zone ?
