Event title handling

In a conversation with @elmarra I mentioned the wish to have event-titles truncated, but in addition for small screens (mobiles) split across more than one line, so at least some indication of the title is visible. In short time he came back with a solution.
So the question to the community is: is this something, which should be included in future versions of fullcalendar?

I noticed this issue during my testing, wasn't sure what to do about it. One thought I had was to have the full event name come up on a tooltip, but I haven done anything more on it. It gets more complicated when you add the times to the event.

when the times are there you can still make sure that it appears as above

Sure, I'm collecting all the css from these changes.
But maybe with the visible time the code will be different
