(Solved) Tooltip Validation is this a bug?

i notice that even i have specify the Text for the validation in the element, also show extra info:

is this normal or bug?

should not only show my text that i specify

I think "This is a required field" is the default "tooltip" shown always (you can set in Tiptext), your message is the error message (shown if validation fails).

I did ad Spanish lenguuaje and all is fix now
