Return to list from a form view

I click a view or amend button on a list I get taken to the form. How can I get back to the list without using the browser back button - i.e how can I put a link or button on the form to go back to the list ?
Is there an option somewhere to make the form a lightbox/pop-up ?
If I've missed answers to these points in the documentation - please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Thanks troester - sorry I missed such an obvious solution.

I've noticed that with Chrome I get "Confirm Form Resubmission" pages every 2 or 3 times I use the back button. Using the back button takes you to the list. Doesn't seem to happen in IE. Any way round this ?

It's a known issue with filtered lists. There's a thread somewhere.
