relationship between forms

I have the following question:

- I have a form (A) that registers' product / quantity / and user that produces.

- I have another form (B) that has a dbjoin field that lists the products in form A and in that form B, there is a field that another user will enter the quantity he needs.

I would like to know how I could have another form (C) where I would have:

* who sent the request on form B | quantity of a product registered in Form A and its quantity | and what is the corresponding product and its quantity that was ordered on Form B.

Or as an alternative you could make a copy of list A, join list B and C and just show the elements you need in the list.
