Replace Image Path To Image On CCD Element

I have CCD element, who is rendered as radio list.
This is a database join list from uploaded images path from file upload element.
Example:
/images/stories/image1.jpg
/images/stories/image2.jpg
/images/stories/image3.jpg

How to replace every image path with code to show images?

This thread is very old.
Try to create img code in CONCAT label field on ccd element.
