    Popup with unique auto-increment id after form submission

    Hi. I need assign a unique id for each entry. This id will be a string like "XXX/2013" being "XXX" auto-increment and "/2013" a fixed value. After form submission i'd like to show a popup showing the id assigned to that entry. Any help with the code? Many thanks!
