ajaxify links does not adhere to bootstrap template

Using ajaxify links for a popup modal form to add/edit, ignores the bootstrap template the FIRST time the window is shown.

In other words, any radio or checkbox elements selected as bootstrap groups only display the text items, with no editing possibilities the very first time a session is run, and the window is opened for the first time.

If you close this window, and edit the row again subsequently, then it displays correctly as long as the session is current.

yeah they've manage to alter the way the radio group js code works in joomla 3.2, so we no longer have access to it loading automatically - sigh - guess I'll need to look at it now

I've reverted some stuff we had put in which might have affected this, for me the radio btn-group js code works fine when I open the ajax window. If its still an issue for you after an update can you point me at the page ?
