all was working, now site is down - white screen

Hello,
I had a working list (Called GYMS). I copied 5 rating elements to a new form. This form used the same DB Table as another form in another group. (seems like there is only 1 form per group so I don't know why they're different?) anyway, I published the new form with the ratings to a module. Then get a white screen when trying to load the list from the front end. I then un-publish the module, delete the form, the group, and the list as well as the elements for that group. Still I get a white screen in front end and back end when trying to view the original list (GYMS).
Anyone have any way for me to recover from this?

Set the error reporting to "maximum" in the main Joomla configuration. It should give you more information on the error causing the blank screen.

error set to maximum. returns this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 702 bytes) in /home7/todcande/public_html/gymhit/plugins/fabrik_element/rating/rating.php on line 121

Unpublished the duplicates and were back in business. Thanks for your help

Ok the mystery continues. Now when I edit any of the rating elemnts, a duplicate is created. I trash the duplicate and when I edit and save the original, it brings back a duplicate again?? (from the trash?)
Nevermind...found that I needed to un-link copies before trashing
