changing element access for details view disables filter

When I change the element access details view to a view level not accredited for the user, then it disables the filter dropdown and takes it from the list view.

So you can never have a scenario where you have disabled an element from details view, YET still want to have the element available for filter in the list view.

I know you will say your argument is that if there is no detail view, then why show it in list, but often you want to manipulate list data on that element, yet dont want to show it in details view.

In my instance, that element is pre-populated and controlled by fabrik, so dont need to show in details view,

hehe, well that was the thinking up to the end of last year but we did split out the element acl further, and this one probably just got failed to be fixed/updated at the same time.
You are 100% right in that it should be shown, I've fixed it with this commit
