Date Picker not working

Joomla 2.5.20
Fabrik 3.1

I'm having an issue with date picker not working correctly.
I have it setup to default to today's date
In the back-end I click on view data, click on add, the date picker shows with today's date when I select another date or even today's date I get the following result "%m%d%Y
In the front-end list I get the following result "%%5%%7%%Y"
When I click "save" it stores the date in all zeros
If I don't change the date and leave it alone it saves the date just fine.
Any suggestions?

The Fabrik date formatting has changed between 3.0 and 3.1.
You must modify your date format settings.

Troester thanks for the quick reply.
I just went in and change everything from %m-%d-%Y to m-d-Y and %H:%m to H:i
I works fine in the back-end but not in the front-end
I get %5-%5-%Y
Any ideas?
