disable filter trigger button

One can select either "On Submit" or "Submit Button".

Selecting "On Submit" still shows the "GO" button in the filter and under the headings.

In F2.5 this worked correctly, but not F3.

How do I get rid of this "Go" button?

the logic for not showing the go button was missing from the bootstrap list template. I've updated it with this logic. Be aware also that if you have an autocomplete range or radius search filter the list is obliged to use the go button, as otherwise filters are run before the correct filter data is entered/selected.
