export csv has no file extension and problem with formatting fields

Hi there,
is it possible to have a file extension with the export, like %s.csv ?
So sorry , it works fine.

My problem with formatting fields: Need phonenumbers to be stored localy, and calc.exe removes the first 0
Although i've formatted fields as text (thought this would do the magic). Any idea, someone?

Edit: this is crazy. First time export every first 0 removed, next export one field with 0 next without, third export every 0 removed, what to do?

Do i have to give format every time for every specific column in calc when opening?

yes, csv doesn't contain format
when importing, set the column to "text"
