Going Mobile

Any thoughts/recommendations on best strategy to incorporate Fabrik forms into mobile apps with Joomla? The mobile app Weever is integrated with another form product (not up to Fabrik level). Joomla Mobile is interesting but it seems that the mobile template has is built around a menu page.

My mobile app is a very simple question "did you take your medication today?" with check boxes for yes and no.
