how to - multipage forms

i give up. how do you make multipage forms?
where's the documentation? there's nothing under "Forms."
i can't find anything beyond obvious descriptions of what i see on the screens.

You need a form with multiple groups to create a multi-page form:
create at least one group for every form page, in group settings set "Page break" = yes
