LISTS > Ajax=Yes > Plug-in PHP on Backend

I created a PHP plug-in on a list. If I turn off Ajax, the plug-in code fires in the back-end. If I turn on Ajax, the code does not appear to fire in the back-end.

In the front-end, the code fires either way as expected. It's not a big deal since I don't plan to run in the back-end but I wanted to report this and ask if this is as intended...

Thanks,
