No tempty with database join plugin

Hello

I use the excellent plugin database join to a make dropdown list allowing multiple selects. Super !

But I notice that the validation rule no tempty does not work when I use the plugin database join.

However, the plugin allows to enter PHP code. Is it possible to include a code to replace the validation rule no tempty ?

For a dbjoin you should use "isnot":
set the default value e.g. = 0 (= the value belonging to the label "Please select")
In isnot validation put 0 in "Is Not" field.

Ah, it seems a multiselect doesn't have a "Please select".
Is not validation with "is not" field empty should do.
