Salesforce Web To Case

Hi,

Just out of curiosity, do you know if the Salesforce plugin for a form works with web-to-case or not? We are wanting to possibly connect a form in Fabrik to Salesforce and want to know if we should do it custom or if the plugin would work.

I don't think its set up to deal with Cases. I think (although I've not tested it) that all you would need to do is edit plugins/fabrik_form/salesforce/forms/fields.xml and add:

<option value="Case">Case</option>

int to the salesforce_updateobject fields options.

Thanks for the follow up on this. We've just done it custom (php plugin on the form) to expedite the whole process, but we'll look at that for the future.
