Standard Support forum vs. Community?

If I paid for a Subscription: Standard with a sign up date of Sign up date: 2014-07-25 20:44

Does that entitle me to allow post new threats in the Community support section, cause that is all I have access to?

I guess I was under the impression I would have the ability to create threads under the Standard Support forum.

With a Standard subscription you should be able to post in the Standard forums.
Did you try to log out and clear browser cache?

Yeah I tried that, I don't think my account is setup properly. It says I have Standard subscription, but the site doesn't behave any differently.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in.
I've checked your account this morning and it looks ok. I signed in with it (using our master password) and that worked ok as well.
Could you double check logging out and in from the site's front page, as from our end you really should be able to post in the standard forums

I came back over the weekend and now the standard forum appears to be working, not sure what the problem was, but it seems good now.
