Validation plugin only after changes applied in form view

Hello once again,

Could you tell me if it possible to have a validation plugin (like less or greater than)working only after changes are applied in form view because i have computed elements in this form.
What?s happening now is that validation is not reading the computed element and don?t validate changes on these element...

In other words, is that possible to have validation plugin running only with SAVE button and not APPLY button and how?
