When filtering data how to show no records found

When the filter filters the list in such a way there are no records, how do i display a no records found message in the list under the headings.... Can't seem to find any options for it. I do see a empty message which i have populated but doesn't seem to display.

It should be there below list headings.
Maybe something got lost with your custom template (try if it is there with bootstrap list template).

Does not display on bootstrap either... bootstrap is unmodified template. my custom one was just adding the span tags like you originally helped with. so i don't believe anything would have gotten lost... hmmm
