Where is the Support?

Based on the forum communication, it doesn't appear that any of the paid for members are getting any support here...at least not in the last 2 weeks. Am I wrong here?

I for one must say this is the worst supported Joomla product I have ever purchased. As a matter of fact, I would go as far as saying its the worst supported, active, Joomla product, period. I have purchased quite a few extensions and the developer(s) always have a good reputation of responding back to questions withing 48 hours or so....but not here....

I think they are working in the new version, maybe this is the reason why the support is in fault in the last few day.
I am hoping for better days when the new version is out.
 
Hi yes I'm busy trying to get 1.0.4 and a next version of 2.0beta out of the door.
We're only 2 people here on the forums, Graylan and myself, we try to answer questions as fast as possible - I know i have been slow in responding here, will try better!

BTW - Did you have a question ?
