Width of CDD autocomplete

Thee is an option to set the width of the CDD rendered as dropdown (although this should be probably replaced by Bootstrap classes) but there is no option for autocomplete rendering and the element seems to default to "input-large" (whee i'd rather have "input-medium").

I looked to chage it myself but can't find where this "input-large" class is set.

seems it was not implemented as an option for the cdd, which was inheriting the code from the db join. I've added the param to the cdd fields.xml file and tweaked one or two things related to using the class in the cdd element
