BUG: Fileupload not gets the Joomla Media default types

Hi, after the update the fileupload element was empty to use joomla default type, but give me a invalid file so i add the jpg, png to the Allowed file types, and that solve my problem but seems that is not reading correctly the joomla media defaul types.

In the fileupload element, “Details | Options | Allowed File Types” has the tip: Leave blank for Joomla's Media Manager default file types, otherwise provide a comma separated list - e.g. jpg,gif. This field is used to validate the files after upload and if you are NOT using device capture also...

Hello,
The same happened to me. When updating to Fabrik 4.0, they have stopped working.
I had to put something like jpg,jpeg,png for it to work for images.
I have added pdf and now it also detects it. All OK.
Now by entering those three, Windows Explorer marks all the image files as compatible.
Has occurred in all upload elements

It is also corrected if the input device is set to image/camera
