BUG: Urgent - can't edit list in the admin

There is a strange and unpleasant bug that crept in the last GitHub version: when you edit an existing list (even just to open and re-save it), Fabrik creates a whole new list (+ form, group, elements).
And it is not just duplicates in the list, it is actual records in the database.

Hi, upgraded to 3.1 beta is ok but as soon as you upgrade from github Fabrik-fabrik-3.1b-75-g8ebec5d you get this error.
