com_fabrik makes problem with site

Sometimes I see mistake 500 during opening site's page with Fabrik lists. I asked support of hosting company and they checked log-files. So, records form log-files:
[Mon Mar 25 23:33:29 2013] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/vhosts/dobrochyn.org/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_fabrik/models/list.php on line 845
... and there are a lot of such or similar records, and hosters said that it looks like smth wrong with com_fabrik.

Can you check it?

a 500 error is generally an application error - but wouldn't be triggered by the notice in the server logs.

I can't say more about the notice as the line number doesn't correspond to the latest code, if you get it again can you post the new line nunber?
